· Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to gather and analyze information from hospital databases and datasets.
· Create reports and visualizations to fulfill requests from clinicians, researchers, and administrators.

· Identify performance bottlenecks in legacy databases and ETL processes; propose and implement changes to existing code to address these issues.
Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency writing SQL queries and designing database models (2-4 years of experience required).
· Ability to design and implement data collection systems and ETL processes in a Production environment (2-4 years of experience required).
· Programming expertise in a scripting language such as R, Python, or Scala (2+ year(s) of experience preferred).

· Experience working with external vendors and resources throughout an organization.

Responsible for
· Initiate and lead company wide data processes improvements.
· Lead cross functional activities related to large-scale analytic projects to deliver on schedule and within budget.
· Develop and lead activities to accomplish overall strategic department goals and lead the communication of these goals to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Collaborate with health plan leadership to understand their data analysis needs, explain trends in data and actively drive further research and/or operational changes to assist in controlling medical costs and delivery of quality healthcare to members.
· Participate in cross health plan initiatives and capabilities, including data analysis support.
· Lead development efforts with technical team liaisons, including business requirements gathering and documentation, testing, delivery and user adoption, and effectively communicate deliverable expectations to the health plans and business units.
Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in data related field. Master’s degree and supervisory experience preferred.
· 9+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
· Advanced SQL and Microsoft Access skills, relational database knowledge, and various data reporting tool experience preferred.
· Knowledge of statistics and application of high level mathematical models in medical and pharmacy claims data preferred.
Understanding of health insurance business, claims payment procedures, strategies and trends in health care government programs preferred.
Our client’s Enterprise Imaging Team is looking for a System Administrator with clinical operations and patient care background as well as technical IT work experience. This team manages over 100 applications across the organization and provides critical tier operational support in many departments. The team’s primary goal is to impact patient care through optimizing current and new technology. This position will support clinical end users that manage and treat patients. Having a healthcare IT background is required to work within this team. The Systems Administrator will provide design, implementation, maintenance, and support services for server level enterprise applications and medical devices.
Required Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information
· 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
· Technical certifications related to ITIL, Windows Administration, Linux Administration, or other IT or System related field of study.
